He also manages the operations, finances, and human resources aspects of the business. Kurt is charged with maximizing the value of the entity. Kurt has responsibilities as a director, decision maker, leader, manager and executor. Kurt is also responsible for the communicator role with the rest of the outside world, as well as the organization's management and employees. Kurt's decision-making role involves high-level decisions about policy and strategy. As a leader of the company, Kurt motivates employees, and drives change within the organization. Kurt also presides over the organization's day-to-day operations.
Kurt's previous career includes 25 years of operational management as well as store management for 2 national Fortune 500 companies. With the experience gained in operations and management, Kurt hung his own shingle as Founding Partner at All About Leverage, LLC. This is where he helped develop the processes to leverage social media and social selling techniques to open doors, build purposeful business network, and maximize client acquisition.
