Chris Sapienza has been an avid wine collector for nearly thirty years. He serves as Vice Charge des Mission in the Connecticut Chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, one of the oldest and most prestigious food and wine organizations in the world. He is also a member of the Societe Mondiale du Vin and the New York chapter of the International Wine and Food Society. Chris is the Wine Director of BTH Restaurant and Lounge in New York City, where he could be found at the forefront of the food and wine scene.
