Carol Braddick and her team of coaches and consultants work with leaders who want to build on their strengths and successes and use their attention and energy in smart ways. Our clients are successful business people who always need to do more with less and scale their leadership across different cultures and time zones. We work with leaders and teams as they step up to more complex roles and lead change in their organizations.
Based in rainy England and bright hot Tucson, Arizona, Carol supports the Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona, assists US expats with voting from abroad and was a Community Teaching Assistant for Dan Ariely’s highly successful Coursera MOOC on behavioral economics.
