Chris Sapienza has been an avid wine collector for nearly thirty years. He serves as Vice Charge des Mission in the Connecticut Chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs , one of the oldest and most prestigious food and wine organizations in the world. He is also a member of the Societe Mondiale du Vin and the New York chapter of the International Wine and Food Society . Chris is the Wine Director of BTH Restaurant and Lounge in New York City, where he could be found at the forefront of the food and wine scene.
