Liz Miller, CFA, CFP® & CIC, went to Wall Street as an M&A analyst in the ‘80s for First Boston. After working as a security analyst for one of the first hedge funds, she joined Oppenheimer Funds to manage mutual funds. Liz went on to become managing director and the head of equity research for Trevor, Stewart, Burton & Jacobsen. In 2008, she launched Summit Place Financial Advisors, which is dedicated to identifying and understanding all the wealth needs of successful families and helping them reach their goals by managing their portfolios and coordinating the best advice from all their professionals. In addition to earning numerous industry awards, Liz is the author of “Clutter-Free Wealth: A Goal-oriented Guide to Gaining Control of your Affluence.” She is regularly featured in the media as a strategist and market expert for The Wall Street Journal, U.S. News & World Report, CNBC, MarketWatch, and Financial Planning Magazine.
