Russell Jacobs started his career in financial planning after graduating from the University of Georgia. He began working with his father and then went on to take his Chartered Financial Consultant®, Chartered Life Underwriter® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certifications. Russell eventually took over the business from his father, where both Russell and Carl continue his legacy of helping people from all walks of life, not just the wealthy.
In this episode, Russell explains the inspiration behind his relationship-first approach, which is called the Rich Planning Process. He also discusses his involvement with several nonprofit organizations: Savannah Foundation, Davis Love Foundation, Jack Island Foundation, and Epworth by the sea.
