If the objective of the company is to increase conversions by 25% and get four more clients, present that challenge to your employees in order to raise his salary.

This culture empowers your employees and encourages them to look for innovative solutions to solve bigger problems. If you want to make more progress in business, consider looking for employees who have this progress-mindset or training them to think proactively.

Setting Meaningful Quarterly Goals

It is important to set measurable objectives to improve the organization and productivity of your team. Consider revising the plan with your team periodically to recognize their work and suggest any necessary changes.

The right goal strategy is usually an objective placed three months ahead in time that you can measure with numbers. l

Mind that we write down our goals with the intent of achieving them. Your objectives should always be followed by actionable steps that you can take every day to get closer and closer.

If one of your objectives is getting 200 new customers, your daily goal could be making 50 calls.

Another critical aspect to avoid overwhelming your team is to set three major objectives or less. That will keep their concentration in fewer tasks, reduce stress, and keep their productivity levels.

Any company with a long-term vision uses goal-setting strategies. Worldwide companies such as Google use the OKR system to keep their employees accountable.

OKR, which stands for Objectives & Key Results, is taking long-term objectives and break them down into actionable steps. As long as you are completing your daily key results, the company will achieve the final destination.

Key results are important for engagement because employees feel motivated by looking at constant improvements. The more metrics you have, the better you will measure success and spot problems.
