In this episode, I want to give one question to every advisor. The question they need to ask themselves to continue to grow their business.
My clients retain me as their coach not because they want to maintain their status quo, but to elevate their results.
Let's think about this first in the logical aspect. Say you want to double your business or more in the next 3 to 5 years. The question that comes to mind is "What do I need to do?" You start to think about getting more clients and increase your assets. Probably do some Marketing, Branding, Business development, etc. Then you also think about other things like your people, your systems and your office space perhaps if these are in line with your goal. These thoughts come from the Analytical side of our mind. I have news for you.
